I had a recent Ziggy sighting. He was standing in the freezing rain and wind, about twenty feet from his red, white and blue truck, waving his flag. People were honking like he was the first Santa Claus on the roadside in December. This guy is so beloved here in Waterbury! He even has his own fan club on Facebook. Really!
